• The Armentara Meadows (Roda de Armentara) are characterised by a great variety of alpine flowers in late spring and at the beginning of summer.

• Messengers of spring - the Alta Badia is situated relatively high at more than 1,000 m asl, therefor spring begins later and skiing is possible until April.

• The 3,055 m high Mt. Piz Lavarela, or Lavarella Mountain, is a popular hiking destination in the Fanes area in the Dolomites, but alpinists have to wait until summer to climb it.

• "Les Viles" at the slopes of the Val Badia valley: the small housing estates represent the oldest and most characteristic form of human settlement in the Alta Badia and are composed of different buildings.

• The Cialaruns farmsteads… the easy and scenically beautiful cycle tour to the Ladin farmsteads leads also to the hamlets of Craciurara and Cianins near the village of La Villa.

• The Museum Ladin Ursus ladinicus in San Cassiano in the Alta Badia has been dedicated to the cave bear of the Conturines - its remains have been found several years ago. The museum opens its doors every year round the 1st of May.
