The art of cross-country skiing is not only a sport, but also a discipline that benefits both body and mind. Egon, director of the San Cassiano Cross-country Centre and of the Alta Badia Cross-country School, founded 30 years ago, will give you two exciting hours, including a visit to the new center dedicated to San Cassiano, to discover the activities that can be practised.
