Meeting with extreme alpinist, mountain guide, and explorer Marco Confortola, who recently published his new book ‘Oltre la montagna’ (Beyond the mountains), in which he looks at the theme of change through the lens of the mountains, a world he knows well and loves very much (in Italian language).
Marco Confortola (Valfurva, 22 May 1971) is one of the world's most respected mountaineers, has climbed thirteen of the fourteen eight-thousanders, is an international mountain guide and helicopter rescue technician and has numerous rescue missions to his name. He also gives numerous motivational talks for companies.
